Algemene voorwaarden
1. Rental duration is 12 hours and 24 hours.
2. Cancellation less than 1x24 hours before the rental is charged the full one-day rental fee according to the vehicle type.
3. The renter agrees and has no objection if Tunjung Transport conducts a survey and verification of data and documents to related institutions, banks, neighbors, or workplaces.
4. The prospective renter must submit a copy of the original ID card and other documents to Tunjung Transport to verify the authenticity of the renter's data, and provide a deposit of Rp 500,000 (Car) or Rp 250,000 (Motorcycle) for the rental. The deposit is refunded only via bank transfer, within a maximum of 1x24 hours after the vehicle is returned to the rental company.
5. The vehicle is not covered by All-Risk Insurance; in the event of an accident, it becomes entirely the responsibility of the renter.
6. While the vehicle is in the workshop, the renter must pay 75% of the rental value until the vehicle is fully repaired.
7. Replacement for damage to additional facilities will be charged to the renter while the vehicle is in the renter's use, according to the price of the damaged vehicle facility.
8. Delivery at the Tunjung Transport office is free of charge; delivery to the airport is charged Rp 100,000 if returning using your own vehicle, and Rp 50,000 if returning to the office. Delivery fees to other out-of-town locations are adjusted to the distance.
9. The renter is PROHIBITED from transferring, lending, subletting, pawning, or selling the vehicle to anyone without permission from the rental company, and such payments are non-REFUNDABLE.
10. The renter agrees and has no objection that all payments to the rental company are non-REFUNDABLE if the renter is proven to have violated point no. 9 of this agreement.
11. Should the renter unilaterally take or fail to return the vehicle by force (damaging fences, breaking down doors, using necessary tools), the renter must pay a penalty of Rp 5,000,000 and releases the rental company from all legal claims.
12. For all of your belongings, the rental company is not responsible for any loss of items brought along.
13. The vehicle may only be used within the area of the branch where it was picked up; Tunjung Transport prohibits the renter from leaving the island without permission from the pickup branch.
14. The renter must return the fuel to its original level.
15. A vehicle handed over in clean condition to the customer (renter) must also be returned in clean condition. If the vehicle is returned dirty, the renter is charged a car wash fee.
16. The renter must take a photo with the vehicle at handover; all photos and documentation are the property of Tunjung Transport and may be published if required by the rental company in the future.
17. In the event of an accident, breakdown, or other vehicle problems with the rented vehicle, the renter is PROHIBITED from replacing vehicle spare parts or other vehicle equipment without permission from Tunjung Transport.
18. If during the rental period the vehicle is damaged due to natural disasters such as floods, landslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, or other natural events, the Renter remains fully responsible for all repair, recovery, or replacement costs of the vehicle.
